The rights which are not enjoyed by non-democratic countries are the rights, like right to speech, right to freedom of religion, right and many more.
In a non-democratic country people have no right to freedom, because there system of law is not based on the opinion of the citizens of that country. There are many restrictions to a citizen, and people belonging to non-democratic country, they cannot have there thoughts, get conveyed in public before the consent of the legal body, etc.
Rights that people does not enjoy in the non democratic country are as follows:
1. People does not have the right to elect their own political leaders by voting.
2.People does not have right of expression. The cannot express their own views and opinions.
3.People do not have the freedom to criticise the government policies and programmes.
4. People do not have the right to use mass media as the medium to criticise or express views and opinions.It is under the control of the government.
5. People are not allowed to form any political party or organisation according to their choice.
