take a sugarfree chewing gum like happydent or orbit of mint floavour and keep chewing till u study abd if u get bored put on another one in mouth or put of another flavour like peppermint.
always take refreshing flavours and before studying i read biography of adolf hitler i know he was a bad person but was a ver successful one also and his biography gives me motivation . i hope it will give motivation to you also and practice daily of all the concepts regularly.
